Medical Director (IM/FM/Geriatrics) – Central NY | 30 Mins to Syracuse | Post-Acute Care

Compensation & Benefits:

• $232K–$264K+ base FFS compensation with uncapped earning potential

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing care management
• Lead quality initiatives and collaborate with facility leadership
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
• Mentor clinicians and support operational excellence
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation

Qualifications:

• MD/DO with New York license and DEA (or ability to obtain)
• IM, FM, or Geriatrics background preferred
• Post-acute, inpatient, ED, or clinic experience welcomed
