Coverage becomes effective on the first day of the month following your start date.403(b) Retirement Plan with employer match - Contribute 5% and receive up to 2.4% from Broward HealthPension Plan - Eligible after one year of service. Receive 5% of your salary contributed from Broward Health with NO required contribution on your part to receive the 5% contribution. Fully vested after 5 years of service.23 days per year to start. Accrues biweekly. Increases after five years of service. Available after a 90-day introductory period.5 days in your first six months.
