Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team in a private dental office. The ideal candidate will provide chairside assistance to the dentist, support patient care, and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow within the practice. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assist the dentist during various procedures, including exams, fillings, extractions, and other dental treatments.
*Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols.
*Take * dental radiographs (X-rays).
*Maintain accurate patient records and assist with the documentation of treatment plans.
*Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
*Ensure the dental operatory is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
*Assist with inventory man

• X-ray / Radiography Certification

Valid Dental Assistant certification (if required by state).
X-ray certification is preferred.

Familiarity with dental software and equipment is a plus.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
