TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Coupeville, Washington, 98239!

Job Title: Perinatal Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty License: Active State License or Compact State License Certifications: BLS EFM NRP Must-Have: Previous charge experience preferred Meditech charting experience required Description: Locals are allowed. First-time travelers accepted. Call is not required. Floating may be required to Labor and Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum. The facility performs a monthly average of 300 births. Patient age groups include neonates and adults. The daily census is 3 patients. The facility has 6 rooms and 6 beds. The patient ratio for days, nights, and weekends is 2 patients per nurse. RTO is two shifts per week. All travelers must have the COVID-19 vaccine with exceptions for medical or religious reasons. The flu vaccine is also required unless exempted for medical or religious reasons. Skills required include administration of blood and blood products, amnioinfusion, antenatal care, and breastfeeding support. Experience with high-risk deliveries and C-sections is preferred. Routine newborn assessments and neonatal resuscitation are essential. Candidates should possess comprehensive knowledge of maternal and neonatal care practices.
