Marketing Analyst Intern

The Role VersaDesk is looking for a motivated and analytical Marketing Analyst Intern to join our marketing team. This internship is a great opportunity for students or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing analytics, campaign reporting, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making within a fast-paced manufacturing and direct-to-consumer e-commerce environment. You’ll work closely with our marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to analyze campaign performance, identify market trends, monitor customer behavior, and help improve marketing strategies across multiple digital channels. Key Responsibilities Analyze marketing campaign performance across paid ads, email marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms Monitor key marketing metrics including traffic, conversions, ROAS, CTR, and customer engagement Assist with reporting and dashboard creation for marketing performance tracking Help identify customer trends, purchasing behavior, and growth opportunities Support A/B testing and performance analysis for advertisements and landing pages Assist in gathering and organizing competitor and market research Work with marketing and creative teams to improve campaign effectiveness Maintain organized reports, spreadsheets, and marketing data records Help identify opportunities for optimization and operational improvements Participate in improving marketing workflows, reporting systems, and analytics processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance metrics Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, analytics, or consumer behavior Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Shopify, or reporting tools is preferred What You’ll Gain Real-world experience in marketing analytics and campaign reporting Exposure to direct-to-consumer manufacturing and e-commerce marketing operations Hands-on experience analyzing marketing performance and customer trends Mentorship from experienced professionals Opportunity to develop analytical and marketing skills Collaborative and fast-moving work environment Potential opportunity for future full-time growth within the company Join Us If you’re looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in marketing analytics while working with a growing and innovative company, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
