Senior Digital Product Strategy and Innovation Manager (AI)

Amgen seeks a Senior Digital Product Strategy and Innovation Manager to lead identification, evaluation, and validation of AI and data-driven opportunities across the enterprise. This role shapes strategic priorities and provides evidence-based recommendations to inform investment decisions while operating at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and organizational transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead identification, framing, prioritization, and validation of AI-enabled business opportunities enterprise-wide
- Evaluate AI opportunity feasibility including data, architecture, model capabilities, and operational support
- Design and execute rapid discovery efforts, prototypes, pilots, and experiments to assess value and risk
- Develop product requirements addressing user experience, model performance, governance, and integration needs
- Synthesize validation findings into evidence-based recommendations and executive narratives for investment decisions
Requirements
- Experience leading AI and data product strategy or innovation initiatives
- Expertise in AI/ML product discovery, validation, and portfolio management
- Ability to evaluate technical feasibility, data foundations, and system architecture
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence with senior executives
- Experience designing and executing discovery sprints, prototypes, and pilots
- Knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, and governance considerations
- Track record translating business strategy into practical AI opportunities
