We are looking for reliable, compassionate caregivers to provide individualized support to clients in Bethlehem, Easton, Nazareth, Hellertown, and Northampton. If you enjoy helping people feel comfortable and supported while making a positive difference in their daily lives, we encourage you to apply.

Pay: $11.25–$13.00 per hour

Your Responsibilities as a Caregiver

• Build meaningful relationships with clients through friendly conversation, companionship, and engaging daily activities.
• Help prepare meals, organize everyday household tasks, and make clients feel comfortable throughout their visits.
• Assist with walking, safe transfers, repositioning, and other appropriate mobility needs.
• Provide respectful assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, and daily care routines.
• Help clients maintain a reassuring and comfortable home environment during morning, afternoon, and weekend visits.
• Follow individual care instructions while treating every client with patience and dignity.

What We’re Looking For

• A responsible individual who is punctual, attentive, and able to work independently.
• A positive, compassionate attitude when working with clients and their families.
• Good communication skills and a commitment to dependable client care.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
• Willingness to complete required background screening and follow care procedures.
