Litigation Secretary I Commercial Litigation I Hybrid in DTLA

An exceptional law firm in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary to support a busy commercial litigation practice. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple attorneys in a fast-paced environment. Primary Job Duties E-file documents in California state and federal courts and manage new case setups Maintain calendars, track deadlines, and keep attorneys on schedule Draft, proofread, edit, and format legal documents and correspondence Manage high-volume email communication and file documents in iManage Schedule court calls, hearings, and meetings Provide administrative support to 3-4 attorneys concurrently Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a litigation secretary in California Proficiency with state and federal e-filing systems Strong calendaring, organizational, and multitasking skills Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a collaborative environment Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 annually, depending on experience Supportive and collaborative firm culture All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
