What You’ll Do

As a CNA / CHHA / Caregiver, you’ll help residents feel comfortable, supported, and cared for each day by assisting with:

• Bathing, dressing, grooming & mobility assistance
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Companionship and emotional support
• Medication reminders and daily care support
• Documentation of resident services provided
• Communication with nursing and care teams
• Creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment

Ideal Candidates Have

✔ Compassion for seniors and strong teamwork skills
✔ Active NJ CHHA license or CNA certification
✔ Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
✔ Caregiving, assisted living, nursing home, rehab, or home care experience preferred
✔ Memory care or dementia experience is a plus

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Active NJ CHHA License OR CNA Certification required
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Ability to pass background screening
