Treasury Analyst

Position Summary We’re looking for a Treasury Analyst that is a team player and has good understanding of banking, retail transactions, retail systems, sales audit, general accounting, and an ability and interest in tackling new projects as part of your development. Key Responsibilities Cash Management & Banking Operations Daily bank functions Bank Reconciliation process within Cadency Trintech Monitor, change and analyze bank, merchant and courier as needed Open and close local bank, merchant accounts, cash courier as needed Prepare Domestic and International payments Store banking supply vendor selection and distribution Daily Banking Domestic and International Weekly cash depository sweep Execute check deposits as needed Prepare payments related to holding companies Assist in issuing letters of credit as needed Accounting Weekend Posting (3-4 hours on Sunday once per month) Prepare Reconciliations Monthly investment accounting Estimate and accrue treasury expenses Revalue all cash assets for FX at period end Prepare SEC and audit support for Baker Tilly Reporting and Analysis Assist in cash forecasting Monthly investment accounting and schedules Credit card fee analysis Estimate and accrue treasury managed expenses – bank and investment fees, credit card fees, other Other treasury related analysis as needed Customer Payments (Treasury/Shared Service) Partner with IT and business owners on payments platforms, device/infrastructure needs, and integrations (POS, web, omni, and related systems such as loyalty/promotions). Gift Cards coordinate planning and production of gift cards and compliance. Technology Administrate bank reconciliation system and integrations Participate in testing and change management for payment applications/integrations (deployment, regression testing, issue identification/resolution). Own process to deliver banking data to reconciliation system Participate and support payment and other related system projects as needed Experience and qualifications The right candidate for this position will be detail oriented, drive development and efficiencies, experience in fast-paced environments, ability to work with various internal departments, an interest in continuous improvement and a drive to grow with the Company.
