As a Datacenter Operations Lead, you will be part of the Data Center Support team supporting infrastructure operations. Job Title: Datacenter Operations LeadLocation: Madison, WIWhat's the Job?Oversee and coordinate daily data center operations, including server, storage, network, and middleware support. Manage incidents, service requests, changes, and escalations to meet SLA targets. Lead installations, decommissions, migrations, and capacity planning activities. Ensure compliance with operational, security, and audit requirements. Coordinate maintenance activities, patching, and infrastructure upgrades while managing vendor relationships and onsite logistics.What's Needed?5+ years of experience in data center operations or infrastructure support. Strong knowledge of server, storage, network, power, and cooling systems. Experience with incident, change, and problem management processes. Understanding of data center security, compliance, and business continuity practices.
