The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in our day-to-day operations, adding value through direct customer interactions and operational support. Duties and Responsibilities Assemble various types of equipment according to specifications and safety standards. Manage and write orders for products, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Provide detailed information and answer questions regarding products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe working environment. Participate in inventory control, monitoring stock levels and suggesting orders when necessary. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve service procedures. Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry trends and company products. Offer feedback on workflow processes and make recommendations for improvements. Handle equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, minimizing downtime and operational delays. Respect company standards and compliance requirements at all times. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Possess a valid driver’s license. Must have reliable transportation. No prior experience in a dealer representative role required. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in relevant field is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments. Detail-oriented with a professional attitude towards responsibilities. Physical ability to handle manual assembly and other job-related tasks.
