You can find most of our components in the Mendix marketplace, they are showcased in this app. Key Responsibilities• Lead UX design across the full product development cycle, from concept to visual and interaction design• Use concepts and prototypes to communicate design ideas and advocate for the best user experience• Turn user insights into human-centered solutions through regular evaluation of product usability with customers and stakeholders• Take full ownership of design from initial prototype to final implementation, proactively identifying and resolving challenges• Engage directly with customers for validation and insights, skillfully translating those insights into user-friendly designs• Stay ahead of industry trends, actively grow your skills, and share knowledge across teams and R&D unitsQualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in design or proven equivalent experience in the field5+ years of proven experience as a product designerExpert proficiency in Figma and demonstrated experience working with design systemsExcellent English communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to function independently in a fast-paced, dynamic work environmentExperience evaluating and validating product usability with customers to enhance products and processesMeet your colleagues several times per week in a modern office in RotterdamPreferred• Knowledge of generative AI, agentic AI, and AI Agents• Experience designing components for a design system• Background in designing software development tools or sophisticated products• Experience with agentic development tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Figma Design Agent, or equivalentWhy UsAt Siemens Software, flexibility is how we work—hybrid by default, built on trust and autonomy. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
