Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team. This position involves providing critical care in a high-paced environment while ensuring the utmost standards of patient care and safety.Key responsibilities include:Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients in the emergency department.Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to provide patient-centered care.Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition changes to the healthcare team.Administer medications and intravenous therapies according to protocols.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.Work schedule details:Full-time position: night shifts consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week (19:00 - 07:00).Weekend and holiday shifts required, with varying scheduled days based on staffing needs.Block scheduling is not guaranteed.Qualifications include:Current Registered Nurse license in good standing, with a pending VA license accepted.ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required; TNCC certification accepted pending, but must be obtained before starting.Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required, including at least 1 year in a Level 1 trauma center or 2 years in a Level 2 trauma center, with some pediatric experience.Time off and holidays:Approved time off up to 40 hours available; restrictions around Labor Day apply.Every other holiday commitment required.If you are passionate about providing exceptional care in a challenging environment and meet the qualifications mentioned, we invite you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.Client details: State VA
