Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (07:00 - 19:00) Experience: Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in nursing. Experience in rural healthcare preferred. Electronic Health Records experience preferred. License: Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state. Certifications: Basic Life Support (CPR) required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred. Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) required within the first two years of employment. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) preferred. Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS) preferred. Must-Have: NE or Compact RN License. Description: This position involves providing nursing care in a telemetry unit. The role includes performing patient assessments, implementing nursing interventions, and evaluating patient outcomes. Nurses will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care. The position requires rotation every third weekend. Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with patients and families. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment is necessary. The ability to manage multiple priorities and make critical decisions is essential. Candidates must be committed to maintaining patient confidentiality and promoting a safe care environment.
