The ideal candidate will have experience hiring, training, and leading a team, will have a strong passion for people, and solid knowledge of sales best practices and customer retention strategies.ResponsibilitiesPerform various clerical and administrative dutiesMaintain customer account agreements, vehicle files, verification of title information, records of the completion of reconditioning work, and other required informationAfter car is sold, review and print all the documents our clients need to sign and are related to different processes such as title work, registration, bank funding, compliance and internal process.Collect payment, generate receipts and make the necessary virtual deposit operations.Process temporary plates and other documents.Respond to any audit inquiry and resolve any pending issue regarding the deal.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required. No experience in car dealership necessary.Excellent communication and organizational skills.
