Set up and adjust turret machines and tooling for production operations

Install, align, and change tooling to meet production specifications

Analyze machine and process issues and determine appropriate solutions

Monitor production processes and recommend improvements for quality and efficiency

Ensure materials and components are available and meet quality standards

Perform inspections and quality checks to verify product accuracy

Train and support operators on machine setup, inspection, and processes

Maintain documentation, report issues, and keep work areas clean and organized

High school diploma or GED

Experience in machine setup or manufacturing operations preferred

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Ability to use measuring tools for inspection and quality checks

Ability to operate machines, tools, and equipment with minimal supervision

Ability to use computers and complete production documentation accurately

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Ability to work as part of a team with strong accountability and initiative
