Must-Have:

• Proficient in operating the Davinci xi robot, with bonus points for experience with the DV5 Davinci robot
• Proficient in robotics, orthopedics, general, gynecology, urology, bariatrics, ENT, plastics, vascular, and thoracic (excluding cardiac and open heart) specialties
• Ability to function independently in the aforementioned specialties

Description:

Pre-screen unit for candidate clinical review. If the candidate passes the clinical review and meets guidelines, they will proceed to final decision by the manager. Clinical screens will be processed on a case-by-case basis. There is a requirement for call coverage of 2-3 times within a six-week matrix, with a 30-minute response required. Maximum of 7 days' RTO is allowed. Weekend shifts of 3-4 within a six-week matrix may occur and can be during days, evenings, or nights. Holidays may also be required, with work possible during day, evening, or night shifts. Floating among units may be required as needed. Candidates must be able to care for COVID patients. The facility is tobacco and fragrance-free. A preferred skill set includes scrub and circulation capabilities alongside proficiency in robotic general, gynecology, thoracic, and urology specialties. Candidates should have Level I trauma experience preferred, but at least Level II experience is required. Independence in all specified specialties is required. This position will involve caring for diverse patient age groups, including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, and geriatrics. Daily census may range from 50 to 60 patients. Unit contains 18 operating rooms and a total of 593 beds. Interdisciplinary support services available include IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, and Transportation.
