A UDA Practice Manager has a strong sense of responsibility but knows how to balance that by building meaningful relationships. What Skills and Experience Does a Successful UDA Practice Manager Have?
- Completion of a College Degree
- Minimum of two years management experience
- Proficiency with computer software
- Ability to demonstrate working knowledge of basic financial concepts, including P&L review
- Knowledge of how to analyze expense controls, drive revenue, and support the needs of the business
- Exceptional customer/patient service skills
- Strong organizational habits
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
