JOHNSTON, SZTYKIEL, HUNT, FRASER, GOLD & BARRON P.C., an established civil litigation firm located in Troy, Michigan, seeks an experienced litigator with 5+ years’ experience handling insurance defense.
The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, be admitted to the Michigan bar, and have a proven track record in:
● Insurance Defense litigation including depositions and court appearances.
● 1st & 3rd party PIP cases (Required.)
● Handling a full case load; seeing each case through to it's entirety (trial and appellate experience is a plus.)
● Developing and managing client relationships.
● Tracking and Entering of billable hours in billing software. *Experience with JURIS software preferred, but not required.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and portable business.
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Troy, MI 48083
