We operate on a hybrid schedule (2 days in‑office / 3 days remote), offering flexibility while maintaining meaningful collaboration and mentorship across the team. What You’ll Do Lead Deep Client Relationships Serve as the lead advisor and trusted partner for high‑net‑worth clients and families Build long‑term relationships grounded in trust, responsiveness, and thoughtful guidance Act as the quarterback across all aspects of clients’ financial lives Deliver Sophisticated Financial Planning Develop and oversee comprehensive financial strategies spanning: Tax planning Estate and legacy planning Cash flow and wealth transfer strategies Translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable recommendations Provide Investment Guidance Partner with the investment team to deliver customized portfolio strategies aligned with client goals and firm philosophy Guide clients through market events and evolving financial circumstances with confidence and clarity Qualifications 7+ years of wealth management or financial planning experience preferred CFP® designation strongly preferred (or actively pursuing) Experience leading client relationships independently Strong expertise in holistic financial planning Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Collaborative mindset with a strong commitment to fiduciary advice Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Base salary starting at $145,000 plus incentive compensation, commensurate with experience Fully paid medical coverage (no in‑network copays or deductibles) Dental and vision insurance Life insurance, AD&D, and disability coverage Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Generous 401(k) match with Traditional and Roth options Fully paid parental leave Hybrid work flexibility (2 days office / 3 days remote) This Role May Be a Great Fit If You: Want to work in a true fee‑only fiduciary environment where advice is fully aligned with client interests Thrive on solving complex financial planning challenges Prefer collaboration and long‑term client impact over sales‑driven culture Are seeking a long‑term career path with opportunities for leadership and continued professional development Value working alongside highly experienced, intellectually curious professionals Why Altfest?
