Analytical Development Scientist | Bridgewater, NJ
\n \nCellicor is seeking to hire an experienced Analytical Development Scientist to join an innovative biotechnology organization developing next-generation cell therapies.
\n \nThis is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on scientist with experience developing and optimizing analytical methods to support cell therapy development, method validation, tech transfer, and GMP QC testing .
\n \nWe're interested in professionals with experience in:
\n✔ Cell-based functional and potency assays
\n✔ Flow cytometry, FACS, and cell viability
\n✔ PCR-based methods including PCR, qPCR, and/or ddPCR
\n✔ Mammalian cell culture and aseptic techniques
\n✔ Analytical method development, optimization, qualification, and validation
\n✔ Method transfer / tech transfer into QC laboratories
\n✔ Assay troubleshooting, investigations, data analysis, and technical documentation
\n✔ Working within GMP-regulated analytical or QC environments
\n \nExperience supporting cell therapy, gene therapy, or other advanced therapeutic programs is highly desirable.
\n \nWe're seeking someone who enjoys being hands-on in the lab and can work across Analytical Development, Quality, and Manufacturing teams. Candidates with strong experience in either flow cytometry/cell-based assays or PCR/molecular assays are encouraged to apply.
