Confirm product specs, lead times, and availability – flag long‑lead items early. Send selection docs for client approval; follow up to keep projects moving. Track vendor quotes, organize digital project records, and maintain accurate info across multiple jobs. Prepare approved selections for ordering; track deliveries and communicate delays. Use project‑management software (JobTread, a plus) to manage documentation. Support field teams with clear design docs and product info. Coordinate showroom visits, vendor meetings, and sample requests. What You Need Experience in residential design, selections, remodeling, showroom sales, or construction coordination. Strong design sense + familiarity with residential finishes. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Comfortable discussing budgets, timelines, and project constraints. Strong tech skills (spreadsheets, email, quick to learn new software). Self‑directed, proactive, and solutions‑oriented. Preferred Ability to draft floor plans/elevations (non‑structural). JobTread experience. Salary & Benefits Full‑time, W‑2 employee. Pay: $90,000–$110,000 per year (salary plus production incentive plan combined). Paid Time Off: 2 weeks to start; additional 5 days PTO after 2 years. Paid Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving + Friday after, Christmas Day, and half‑day Christmas Eve when applicable.
