Operations Leader – Manufacturing Scale-Up

Southern California (Los Angeles to San Diego) | $175–250K Base + 20% Bonus + Significant Equity

We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling energy/infrastructure technology manufacturer developing highly engineered power generation and cooling systems for industrial applications. The company is entering a critical scale-up phase, targeting ~5,000 systems annually near term with significant growth beyond.

Seeking a hands-on operations leader who has led the scaling of complex engineered products from low-volume production into industrialized manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Own

• Manufacturing scale-up and operational build-out
• Contract manufacturing strategy and supplier partnerships
• Production readiness, throughput, and operational execution
• Cross-functional partnership with Engineering and executive leadership
• Building scalable operational processes and infrastructure

Background We’re Targeting

• 15+ years in operations/manufacturing leadership
• Led the operations/manufacturing of a $1B firm
• Experience scaling complex electro-mechanical or engineered products
• Contract manufacturing and supply chain leadership
• High-growth manufacturing or industrialization environments
• Engineering degree strongly preferred

This role is best suited for someone who has built operations during rapid growth—not simply maintained mature manufacturing environments or handled turn-arounds.
