They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals. Those in financial due diligence at PwC will focus on providing strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. You will be responsible for analysing financial information focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows and other key client deal issues. Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escape. You are expected to solve through complexity, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly communicate how things fit together. The Opportunity As part of the IRMS team you are expected to provide insurance risk management advisory and merger and acquisition due diligence service. As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are expected to manage efforts with identifying and addressing client needs, actively participating in client discussions and meetings. Responsibilities Providing insurance risk management advisory services Leading large projects and innovating processes Maintaining top standards of operational excellence Identifying and addressing client needs effectively Participating actively in client discussions and meetings Managing efforts to deliver thorough risk management solutions Engaging with clients at a senior level to drive project success What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree 7 years Insurance industry credential such as ARM, licensed broker, ARM, or CPCU What Sets You Apart Experience providing insurance risk management advisory Knowledge of insurance related accounting areas such as US GAAP Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust Coaching staff including providing timely meaningful feedback Knowledge of property, casualty, and management liability coverages Actively participating in client discussions and meetings Being actively involved in business development activities Communicating a broad range of Firm services Managing engagements, including preparing concise, accurate documents The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
