Warehouse & Inventory Associate

We're hiring on behalf of a fast-scaling AI infrastructure company building some of the largest data center campuses in the country, supporting next-generation AI compute — including infrastructure supporting Anthropic projects.

In order to make an application, simply read through the following job description and make sure to attach relevant documents.

Technology is the most important tool humans have for improving the human condition, but it's not a default good. Today the most powerful technology in history is being built: machines that solve problems better than humans can. Whichever team builds the infrastructure fastest shapes what happens next. We hire people who care deeply about that mission.

How We Operate

• Full autonomy — own things end to end, take on scope without being asked, no permission required to operate outside your core role.
• Insane urgency — we drive everything forward as fast as possible.
• Reason from first principles — challenge every assumption, no egos, best idea wins.
• Love of the game — long hours, high intensity, building something that matters.

The Data Center Operations Team

• Operate at the scale of a nation, not a building. Accelerating toward 10s to 100s of GWs by the end of the decade — more than the entire electricity consumption of many countries.
• Fly the plane while it's being built. Running flawless operations inside a live construction zone, adapting in real time.
• Write the playbook, don't inherit it. Build the operating system others will follow as we scale 100x.

Role Scope

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to receive, move, stage, and ship critical infrastructure at high velocity.
• Load, unload, inspect, and organize incoming hardware, ensuring every shipment is accounted for and ready for deployment.
• Pick, pack, and deliver parts quickly and accurately so technicians and engineers always have what they need.
• Maintain an organized, clean, deployment-ready warehouse with material flowing efficiently across the site.
• Support inventory counts, stock replenishment, and asset tracking with precision.
• Assist with packaging, returns, RMAs, and other warehouse operations, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, and workflow.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing environment, construction site, or other hands-on operational setting where safety, speed, and accuracy matter.
• Comfortable operating forklifts, or willing to become certified.
• Dependable, physically active, and enjoy work that keeps you on your feet.
• Stay organized in fast-moving environments, take ownership, don't wait to be told what needs to get done.
• Communicate well and work effectively as part of a team. xhyhwjd

Bonus: Experience with warehouse management systems, barcode scanners, shipping and receiving, inventory control, data center hardware, or high-growth operational environments.

Salary & Benefits: Competitive total comp (salary + equity), retirement/pension in line with local norms, health/dental/vision insurance, generous PTO.
