Job Details: Job Location: New Beginnings - Cincinnati, OH, Salary Range: $17.00 - $25.63Hourly, Youth Worker – Make a Difference Every Day! As a Youth Worker, you’ll be part mentor, coach, cheerleader, and trusted support. You’ll create a safe and positive environment where youth can learn, grow, have fun, and feel supported. What You’ll Do Build meaningful, positive relationships with youth. Encourage youth to reach their personal, social, and educational goals. Plan and participate in fun group activities and community outings. Use TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) and trauma-informed strategies. Support youth during challenging moments and help them regain a sense of control. Maintain a safe, structured, and welcoming environment. Work as part of a team to support each young person’s individual needs and goals. Preferred Education and Experience Associates or higher degree. At least 1 year of experience in serving at risk youth or in a residential program. A background or college courses in education, social work, or psychology. Additional Eligibility Qualifications CPR / First Aid certified.
