Summary The Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring customer service and supports sales goals in a retail environment. This role demonstrates fashion and styling knowledge while helping maintain store standards and creating an inclusive team environment. Responsibilities Deliver customer-first service and help customers with product selection, sizing, and fitting room needs. Meet individual sales objectives and contribute to store sales plans and customer engagement initiatives. Maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards, support replenishment and floor sets, and complete opening and closing tasks. Follow company policies and procedures, participate in training, and share product feedback with management. Requirements Retail or similar industry experience is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed. Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and potential overnight shifts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
