Your Mission

As a Solutions Technician, you will serve as a trusted resource for customers, dealers, service providers, and other stakeholders seeking support for Autocar products.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot truck issues over the phone using strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Guide customers and service personnel through effective troubleshooting and repair processes.
• Investigate and resolve technical concerns involving Autocar vehicles.
• Deliver timely and professional support to anyone seeking assistance with an Autocar product.
• Drive issues to resolution while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Follow established processes while demonstrating persistence and creativity in identifying the best solution.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective while managing technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous electrical diagnostic experience.
• Experience supporting heavy-duty trucks, commercial vehicles, or related equipment.
• Background in technical support, service operations, maintenance, or repair environments.
