You would provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness to customers. Shift managers also play an important role in running great restaurants by:Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standardsCommunicating effectively with crew and the next shift managers to help them prepare to run a great shift, tooAchieving targets during their shifts and help departments meet their goalsTaking action to monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitabilityManaging crew schedules and encouraging high performance during their shiftProviding exceptional customer service and quality food productionTraining new team members on critical job functionsPay Range: $18-$19.75 Per HourAdditional Info:You may choose to include additional pertinent information about your organization, specific restaurant, or role here (e.g., your company benefits, pay rate or range, EEO statement).
