What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient medical care to patients of all ages, including children and adults
- Supervise midlevel providers as needed
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
- Use EPIC EMR for charting and documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care
- Participate in full-week orientation and onboarding
What You Need
- CA medical license (in-hand)
- DEA license
- BLS certification
- 2+ years outpatient Family Practice experience
- Ability to work with diverse patient populations across age groups
