As an Infant Room Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for infants. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing attentive care and supervision to infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities to support infants’ cognitive, emotional, and physical development.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Building strong, positive relationships with parents and keeping them informed about their child’s progress and daily activities.
- Collaborating with fellow teachers and staff to create a supportive and team-oriented workplace.

We’re seeking a candidate who is compassionate, patient, and dedicated to working with infants. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience working with infants or young children in a professional setting.
- The ability to bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and actively engage with infants throughout the day.
- A strong understanding of infant care and development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine love for children and a commitment to their growth and happiness.
