Certified Surgical Technologist - Travel Assignment
Location: Denver, CO
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Shift: 7 AM - 5 PM
Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a travel assignment in the Operating Room. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in surgical procedures and ensuring a sterile environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of the sterile field during surgical procedures.
- Prepare and arrange surgical instruments and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to optimize patient care.
- Participate in patient care discussions and support the needs of patients and families.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum 6 months of current acute care hospital CST experience.
- Active NBSTA and DORA certifications required.
- BLS Certification preferred.
- Transplant experience is highly preferred.
- Spine experience and prior Meditech experience are a plus.
