About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Product Development and Production to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of shaping the product vision, strategy, and lifecycle management, ensuring that the product portfolio not only meets customer needs but also aligns with business goals to drive revenue growth and competitive advantage. This role is pivotal in a fast-growing, family-owned brand that specializes in premium leather gloves across various sports categories. Key responsibilities for the VP of Product Development and Production include leading product vision and strategy, driving product development and innovation, and leveraging market and customer insights to inform decision-making. The role also involves cross-functional leadership, product portfolio management, and a strong focus on go-to-market and commercial success.
