MRO Inventory Control/ Buyer

Cytiva seeks an MRO Inventory Control/Buyer to manage supplier relationships, procurement, and maintenance parts inventory in Pensacola, Florida. The role involves ordering coordination, inventory system administration, and cost-effective parts management while supporting the on-site maintenance department.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers on ordering, demand communication, delivery schedules, and issue resolution
• Maintain supplier relationships ensuring continuity of parts availability and quality standards
• Transition existing inventory into CMMS system and develop complete parts/services program
• Conduct monthly and quarterly cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years MRO, inventory control, or purchasing experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with CMMS software systems for inventory tracking
• Experience managing parts inventory and supplier relationships
• Order-to-payment process knowledge preferred
• SAP system experience preferred
