With operations across the U.S. and globally, we are committed to safety, innovation, and quality while building products our customers depend on every day.Available schedules: Monday - Thursday from 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, plus Optional Overtime on Friday and Saturday or Monday - Thursday from 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, plus Optional Overtime on Friday and SaturdayScope: Performs a wide range of assembly and troubleshooting tasks with moderate independence.Core ResponsibilitiesIndependently read and interpret: Blueprints, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and schematicsAssemble and install: Harnesses Switch panels Electrical and mechanical componentsProgram lighting systems per engineering specifications.Troubleshoot: 12V DC and 110V AC systemsPerform repairs and rebuilds on: Mechanical Electrical Hydraulic and pneumatic systemsConduct functional testing and diagnose faults.Trace wiring, repair connections, and replace components as needed.Perform equipment setup and changeovers.Identify discrepancies in prints, BOMs, and shop orders.Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of: Electrical systems (12V DC & 110V AC) Mechanical assembly processes Ability to interpret engineering documentation independently. Familiarity with hydraulic systems (preferred).Problem SolvingDiagnose issues and implement corrective actions. Identify non-conforming products and assist with corrective/preventive actions.ExpectationsMaintain high quality and productivity standards. Participate in LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives. Demonstrate flexibility across work areas. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.The pay scale for newly hired employees in this position at this location in New York is $16.50 - $26.00. This is based on meeting all of the requirements of the role. The base pay offered for the role may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
