Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.What You Will DoResearches, develops, designs, and tests electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks.Designs electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.Produces products according to specifications, using the most cost effective and efficient means. Analyzes and evaluates new or improved electronic components. Includes power generation, transmission and distribution, rotating machinery, illumination, wire communication systems and servomechanisms.Includes circuit theory, computer design and development, instrumentation, radio communications, semiconductor devices, solid state devices, and television systems.Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.Professional electrical engineering design experience to include electronic design, troubleshooting, analysis, and test (circuit card level through systems level)Experience using electrical engineering design and analysis tools such as: Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic, Xilinx Vivado, or equivalentExperience using test equipment, such as: Oscilloscopes, DMMs, Network Analyzers, Power Meters, etc.Experience using schematic capture tools and interpreting schematics, or performing advanced FPGA firmware development (VHDL, or Verilog).The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
