Responsibilities
- Perform aseptic technique for sterile and non-sterile compounding, including IV mixtures; prepare chemotherapy as applicable.
- Enter orders into the charting system (EPIC); label and package medications; manage Pyxis dispensing workflows.
- Verify accuracy of medications prepared and dispensed; support medication distribution for inpatient units across age ranges from Neonates to Geriatrics.
- Assist with medication reconciliation, inventory management, and clinical workflow support on the inpatient pharmacy team.

Requirements
- Active Washington Pharmacy Technician License
- CPhT certification
- Minimum 1 year inpatient hospital experience
- EPIC charting experience; ability to navigate inpatient/acute care pharmacy workflows
- Ability to work in an inpatient hospital setting with the specified 5x8 evenings shift
- Travel eligibility: Non-local assignment; local residents within 50 miles are not eligible
- Compliance requirements: Two references covering 1 year (within last 3 years) required prior to start; pre-start modules averaging ~16 hours completed before start
