Customer Care Specialist

Job Overview Location: ORSINI - Los Angeles, CA 90012. Position: Front Desk Receptionist, Full Time. Salary Range: $19.00–$21.00/hour. Primary Job Functions Answer phones and greet prospects and residents. Address questions from future residents, both in person and over the telephone. Ensure areas are kept clean on a daily basis. Provide administrative and support services to office staff and the Community Manager. Maintain regular and physical attendance. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in a first‑class customer service environment. Property Management experience is a plus. Experience with Yardi is a plus but not required. Excellent oral and written communication skills. High school diploma or GED required. Organized, can multi‑task and manage competing priorities. Warm, friendly and helpful demeanor on the phone and in person. Willing to work weekend hours as necessary. Bilingual is a plus. Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage competing requests and priorities. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is preferred. General computer skills required. Physical Requirements Regular and physical attendance required. Frequently move, traverse, ascend/descend stairs around apartment homes and community. Constantly position self to bend, stoop, reach, lift. Occasionally lift/move/carry up to 25 lbs with or without assistance. Frequently lift/move/carry 5 lbs. Need to remain stationary for extended periods. Constantly operate computer, 10‑key and other office productivity machinery. Work in low to moderate noise levels and outdoor weather conditions. Cognitive or Mental Requirements Reading and writing. Ability to communicate clearly. Ability to deal with complex issues. Attention to detail. Eligibility Requirements Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. Must be willing to submit to a background investigation. Salary & Benefits Hourly salary: $19.00–$21.00. Eligible for overtime, commissions, bonuses, and wardrobe allowance.
