About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Regulatory Compliance to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing clinical research activities. This includes overseeing the creation, implementation, and maintenance of regulatory policies and procedures, as well as establishing systems for monitoring compliance and conducting regular audits of clinical research sites. The role also involves identifying potential regulatory risks, leading the development of training programs for staff, and serving as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and other external stakeholders. Applicants must have an advanced degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance within the clinical research industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines, including FDA, EMA, and ICH regulations, is essential. The role requires strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in regulatory documentation. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, the ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments, and a proven track record of leading and managing a team.
