Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a difference in the lives of middle and high school students as a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a supportive school environment. This onsite role focuses on serving students in grades 6-12 and offers the opportunity to manage a manageable caseload of approximately 50 students. Collaboration with educational professionals and caregivers is essential, as you will play a key role in students’ communication development and success.

Key Qualifications:

• Current SLP license (California state licensure required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY candidates welcome
• Experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings highly desired
• Strong knowledge of conducting assessments and writing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Ability to work efficiently with students from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Passion for supporting speech, language, and social communication skills in adolescents

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in grades 6-12
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain timely, accurate records of student performance and therapy documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school-based teams as needed
