We are seeking a Bilingual Medical Assistant to join our team, supporting smooth operations in a busy medical facility. This role involves performing routine clinical and some administrative tasks, coordinating with insurance providers, and facilitating effective communication with adult patients. The ideal candidate will be proficient in bilingual communication and experienced with electronic health records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and assist medical staff with routine procedures
• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
• Maintain accurate patient records using EHR software
• Communicate bilingually with patients and coordinate with insurance companies
• Escort patients to exam rooms and assist during visits
• Handle administrative duties promptly to support daily operations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in bilingual patient communication
• Knowledge of clinical procedures and patient communication
• Experience with insurance coordination and billing procedures
• Strong time management skills
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
