About the Role Vuori seeks a Lead of People Experience to partner with the Assistant Manager and drive team engagement and customer service excellence in store. Responsibilities People: Partner with the ASM to implement engagement strategies aligned with retail priorities; provide real‑time recognition, feedback, and coaching; support a culture of excellence with open communication, trust, respect, punctuality, accountability; champion a safe, healthy work environment by identifying and mitigating hazards. Customer Experience: Implement sales and service strategy to ensure consistency across all interactions; own the sales floor to keep customer experience top priority; analyze KPI quality of service; reward behaviors that generate great experience; empower employees to resolve issues independently. Community: Assist in community initiatives, product promotion, and event strategies; represent Vuori brand at events. Product: Support product operations for efficient inventory management; execute daily and weekly product tasks, including shipments and SOP compliance; aid visual merchandising initiatives. Finance & Labor: Help the general manager with day‑to‑day scheduling and labor management, adhering to labor laws and scheduling best practices. Qualifications Open weekly availability for flexible scheduling. Available morning and/or evening, work 8‑hour shifts, 5 days/week. Strong punctuality, attendance, and reliability. Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Quick learner of new procedures and processes. Strong organizational and follow‑through skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High ownership, accountability, and initiative.
