Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups, covering topics such as stress management, coping strategies, and emotional regulation. Develop, implement, and continuously assess personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, incorporating their feedback and progress. Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, educators, and case managers, to enhance overall care coordination. Maintain detailed and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Patient Population / Client Focus Your primary client demographic will consist of students facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depressive symptoms, and adjustment issues. By using an empathetic and strengths-based approach, you will work to empower clients, fostering the resilience necessary to lead fulfilling lives. Your engagement with families will also be essential, helping to create an inclusive support network around each student. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program. Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) within the state of Washington. At least two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, with a focus on mental health. Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments, developing treatment plans, and employing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness-based approaches. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport and trust with diverse populations. A commitment to principles of cultural competence, social justice, and ethical clinical practice. Preferred Experience Experience working in school settings or with adolescent populations is highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies will enhance your effectiveness in this role, while any additional certifications related to trauma-informed care or crisis intervention are a plus. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
