Your role also includes monthly paid staff training days and opportunities to participate in student-run clubs and FUNraising efforts, all within a supportive and consistent structure. You will guide future beauty professionals through hands-on classroom and clinic instruction using the Paul Mitchell curriculum, consistently reinforcing professionalism and technical excellence. Each day, you will mentor students as they prepare for graduation and state board licensure, providing growth-oriented feedback and supporting them through both personal and professional development. You will actively monitor performance, maintain compliance with state board and school policies, and contribute to a positive, respectful learning environment that encourages both accountability and confidence.
