Parking Attendants (Non-Driving)Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour plus cash tip!Job Type: Full-time & Part-timeLocation: San Antonio, TXShifts Available: Afternoons and Evenings, Weekends & HolidayApplications will be accepted until job is closed.Propark Mobility is currently hiring Parking Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately.What We're Looking For:Direct patrons where to park.Issue tickets to customers, recording the required information on each ticket.Process exception transactions (e.g., lost tickets, grace period tickets, etc.) according to company policy, including completing the applicable form.Complete the daily shift paperwork by recording the number of transactions by parking rate, number of vehicles in and out of the facility, number of contract parkers, vehicles left in the facility, number of validated tickets and exception tickets.Provide the company's standards of service with each customer including maintaining the required uniform appearance, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues and thanking each customer upon exit.May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the company's maintenance checklists.Other special projects as assigned by location management.Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.What's In It For You:We promote from within - park your career here!Free Parking!Flexible scheduling; paid Holidays and Wellness.Free and confidential employee assistance program (EAP) that provides support and resources to employees and their families 24/7.
