Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of new clients to evaluate their strengths, challenges, and overall psychosocial needs.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address the specific needs of each client.

• Developing personalized intervention strategies while collaborating with clients to establish achievable goals.

• Offering individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing an empathetic and strengths-based approach to guide discussions.

• Providing vocational support and coaching tailored to client's unique circumstances, enhancing their ability to manage life and work challenges.

• Engaging in crisis intervention as needed, responding promptly to emergencies while documenting all interventions in accordance with clinic protocols.

• Maintaining collaborative communication with community resources and referral networks to optimize client care and support systems.

• Offering telephonic support to clients and families, ensuring accessibility of services beyond scheduled appointments.

• Providing mentorship and guidance to colleagues and team members regarding effective treatment strategies based on current client presentations.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in a behavioral health setting is required, candidates with experience implementing therapeutic interventions, conducting family consultations, and collaborating with community resources will be highly valued. Experience related to telehealth practices is also advantageous as our model incorporates technology to enhance client access to care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000.00 to $90,000 per year, complemented by attractive benefits such as:
