About the Role:
Bella Italia Pizza is looking for minimum 4 years of experience as a Pizza Maker and minimum 4 years of experience as a Saute Cook in a Kitchen. Ability to stretch and hand toss pizza, Experience to preparing Italian dishes and working on saute to join our team in 4662 E Michigan St Orlando, FL 32812 If you love crafting delicious pizzas and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. - Prepare and assemble pizzas according to recipes and customer specifications
- Stretch, toss, and shape pizza dough to proper thickness and size
- Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings with consistency and accuracy
- Operate and monitor pizza ovens, adjusting temperature and cook times as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food inventory
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Prior experience in a pizza-making or food service role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in food preparation
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Food Handler's Certification is a plus
