Machine Operator

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and packaging industry, is seeking several Machine Operators to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the packaging line operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Machine Operators Location: Poughkeepsie, NY Pay Rate: $20.50/hr Shift: Mid Shift, Monday-Friday, 11am-7pm + (Until Production is Done) What's the Job? Operate and support packaging lines for dry mix, pouches, pails, and cans safely and efficiently. Conduct pre-operational inspections of equipment and packaging areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards. Accurately scan packaging materials and finished goods into the BatchMaster system, ensuring proper labeling and packaging. Set up and configure equipment based on production schedules, including piping and code programming. Maintain detailed line logs and ensure proper weights, metal detector protocols, and packaging supplies are followed and documented. What's Needed? No prior experience required; training provided.
