Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: 100 Connell Drive, Berkeley Heights, NJ 07922

Work Arrangement: 5 days/week On-site

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Key Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in:

Managing and interacting with external clients/customers
Customer experience and client relationship management
Managing risk, timelines, and project costs
Payment processing and related projects
Managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
Experience with SaaS is a plus, but not mandatory

Important Notes:

Candidates should have hands-on Project Management experience.
We are not looking for Scrum Masters, Facilitators, or Project Coordinators.
Previous experience with companies such as Bank of America or T-Mobile is acceptable if the candidate has the required project management, client-facing, payment processing, and risk/time/cost management experience.
SaaS experience is preferred but not required.
